Competencies Detail Hot & Cold Working

After surface finishing (annealing, phosphatizing and rolling) processes are complete, raw materials are processed at Zimaş Cold and Hot Formin on different tracks to become bolts, nuts, pins, bushings, rollers, stud bolts and rivets.

In plants within Topbaş Group, all kinds of fittings ( bolts, nots, etc. ) are manufactured with horizontal cold forging technology.

Moreover, cold forged parts can be turned into finished products on our thread cutter, heat treatment and CNC workshops. Topçesan performs the entire design and manufacturing of all cold forging molds that it uses in manufacturing within its own structure with its knowledge and experience.
